population. After all, a decling native population increases the need
for immigration to fill job posts and spur the economy. However,
increased immigration negatively influences crime rates and even
national security. So, apart from dealing with teen pregnancies and
other issues,
part of his job is to address marital problems, to make Japanese
couples more blissful in the bed.

mind he inspired Hosei University Press to reprint
James N. Powell's writings on Polynesian lovemaking. Then, these
writings sparked
the Polynesian sex revolution in Japan.
